False Pretences.
Corowa.-Description of a man, NAME UNKNOWN, who obtained a lady's wristlet watch and the sum of £8 15s. 8d. from Raymond B. Herrin, Sanger-st., Corowa, on the 14th ult., by false pretences; 26 to 28, 5 ft. 10 to 11 in., light to med. build, fair compl., small fair moustache; grey trousers, fawn sports coat. Believed to be an Englishman, and is thought to be riding a motor cycle. Arrest outside the State not desired.
