PRICING AND BILLING FAQ
Do I have to pay sales tax?
You only pay Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) if your order is delivered to an Australian address. Prices shown include 10% GST. For overseas delivery the shopping cart will remove the GST when you log in and your delivery address is confirmed.
There is an option to have prices shown in other currencies – see currency link in the top yellow bar. Currency options are Australian dollars (default), Euros, GB pound, New Zealand dollars and US dollars. Please note:
- The other currencies are a guide only – but a fairly good guide to what you will be finally charged. Actual payment is made in Australian dollars, which will be converted to your own currency at the current rate of exchange and may include a small currency conversion fee.
- Prices will include GST which only applies to orders shipped to Australian addresses. Orders delivered to other countries will show the ex GST price at the checkout after you have entered your delivery address.
I have a question on my charges
Click the "Sign in" link at the top of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
What are my payment choices?
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options. These are:
- Credit Card - Visa and MasterCard
- Cheque or Money Order by mail
- Purchase Order quoted (organisations who establish an account with us)
- EFT Payment
- Phone or mail credit card details
If paying other than by credit card online, or on account, we will send your order as soon as possible after payment has been received or confirmed.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice
A copy of the invoice will be sent with your order. You will receive a copy of the order by email within a few minutes of placing your order. If you have any special requirement please contact customer service for further assistance.
When will my credit appear on my account?
Credits for returned products usually take 2-5 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
Credit card authorisation is obtained on placement of your order, but only charged just prior to sending it, or when the first part is sent if the order is split (due to some items being special order or temporarily out of stock).
When will my Paypal be charged?
Paypal is charged as soon as you place the order.
