"CD seconds" or "spares" are perfectly good data wise, but have been put aside due to:

• faulty label printing, e.g. off colour or misaligned. A few have been manually labelled or corrected
• over-produced initially, so offered as "spares" to clear

They are all offered at 60% to 90% discount (from the normal price). They will be supplied in clear CD sleeves, rather than the normal CD cases. In many cases they are the last available, i.e. they won't be available, even at full price, when sold out.

This classic geographical gazetteer of Scotland from the 1930s, lists literally thousands of towns, villages, parishes, rivers, mountains, and other sites throughout Scotland, including mansions and ruins as well.

There is an especially useful glossary of the most common Gaelic or Celtic and Norse place-names, together with the Gaelic names for many of the towns, villages, and districts in Scotland. Since Scotland is one of the few places on earth where the place-names actually mean something and help to describe the locality, this can be quite important to you in your research.
