First Offenders Discharged Under Crime Act of 1900
The following offenders have been released under the provisions of the above Act:
Lindsay Wright (17), tried at the Central Police Court on 31st March, 1915, suspected person; sentence, one month's hard labour. To be of good behaviour for twelve months.
Alfred Trimmer (17 1/3), tried at the Central Police Court on 15th April, 1915, stealing; sentence, three months' hard labour. To be of good behaviour for twelve months.
Harold Hillyer (17) and Harold John Neville (17), tried at Newtown Police Court on 23rd April, 1915, stealing; sentence, one months' hard labour. To be of good behaviour for twelve months.
