ECCLESIASTICAL JURISDICTION.
In the will of Thomas Lloyd, late of Sydney, in the Colony of New South Wales, wharfinger, deceased.
NOTICE is hereby given, that after the expiration of fourteen days from the publication of this notice, application will be made to this Honorable Court, in its Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction, that probate of the last will and testament of the abovenamed Thomas Lloyd, deceased, may be granted to Jane Lloyd, of Sydney aforesaid, the widow of the abovenamed Thomas Lloyd, deceased, and to Richard White, of Sydney aforesaid, clerk to the Australian Steam Navigation Company, the Executrix and Executor duly appointed by the said will.— Dated this 18th day of January, A.D. 1871.
