Example entry taken from the 19 January 1923 issue:

Abconders
New Town - MYRTLE COOPER, RUBY COOPER and BEATRICE FRANCES BRANCH absconded from the HCome of Mercy between 5 and 6 a.m. on the 14th instant. Descriptions: Myrtle Cooper:- Age 16 years, height about 5 feet 5 inches, fair complexion, light-brown hair, blue eyes; wearing dark-blue dress and light hat. Ruby COoper:- Age 15 years, height about 5 feet 2 inches, dark complexion and hair; dressed in gdark-blue dress and wearing light har. Beatrice Frances Cooper:- Age about 16 years, height about 5 feet 7 inches, fair complexion, fair hair, blue eyes; dressed in a light dress and light hat. The parents of the COoper girls reside at New Norfolk, and Branch's parents at Hobart.
