INSOLVENCY NOTICES - Declaration of Insolvency
I, The undersigned, John Goss, of Tea-tree Gully, near Adelaide, stonemason, do hereby declare that I am unable to meet my engagements with my reditors. Dated at the hour of half-past two o'clock in the afternoon, this twenty-seventh day of March, in the year of your Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty-eight.
Witness - Chas. Fenn, a practitioner of the Supreme Court of South Australia Filed in Court this twenty-ninth day of March, 1858, at twelve o'clock at noon.
