Has my order shipped?
If your order was placed online click the "My Account" link at the top of our site to check your order status or review order details.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order? you can send us a message from within "My Account". Simple select 'view messages' and then send us a message relating to a particular order. Or you can contact us.

My order never arrived
If your order was placed online click the "My Account" link at the top of our site to check your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. Packages are usually shipped by Australia Post and should be delivered to Australian addresses in 2 to 5 working days from shipping. Packages to other countries are sent airmail and should be delivered within 10-15 working days. The Australia Post mail service is generally very reliable, but at times some packages may be delayed within the postal system. Should you experience significant delays, we ask that you check thoroughly with your local post office for your parcel and wait a minimum of 10 business days from dispatch (4 weeks overseas) before lodging a query with our office. If your order was placed by mail or phone, then email customer support for order delivery inquiries.

An item is missing from my shipment.
If your order was placed online click the "My Account" link at the top of our site to check your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If not and there is no report of the missing item as being on back order please contact Customer Service for assistance.

My product is incorrect or faulty.
Please contact Customer Service to arrange replacement and return of the incorrect or faulty product.

When will my backorder arrive?
Backordered items are those which are not yet published but available for advance order, those we list as "special order" or which are temporarily out of stock. The usual delivery time for special order books is given on the product detail page. Back orders will be recorded and sent as soon as available. Credit cards are not charged until the order, or the first part of an order, is processed for shipping. In the case of a split delivery the full order will be charged when the first package is shipped. In the event of an unexpected delay with the backordered product, we will advise you and cancel the order, refunding any credit held.
