ECCLESIASTICAL JURISDICTION.

In the goods of Franz Kuss, late of the Lachlan, in the Colony of New South Wales, miner, deceased. NOTICE is hereby given, that at the expiration of fourteen days from the publication of this notice, application will be made to this Honorable Court, in its Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction, that administration of the goods , chattels, credits and effects of the abovenamed Franz Kuss, in the Colony of New South Wales, may be granted to George Penkivil Slade, of 142, Pitt-street, Sydney, in the said Colony, Esquire, an attorney appointed for that purpose by Johann Baptist Kuss, of Furtwangen, in the Grand Duchy of Baden, saddler, father and one of the next of kin of the said deceased. Dated this thirty-first day of Decembet, A.D. 1863.
