Insolvency Notices - Declaration of Insolvency
I, the undersigned, William Watts, formerly of Harrowgate, now of near Mount
Pleasant, in the Province of South Australia, farmer, do hereby declare that I
am unable to meet my engagements with my creditors. Dated at the hour of
half-past one o'clock in the afternoon, this fourteenth day of February, in the
year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty-eight.

Province.
Filed in Court this fourteenth day of February, in the year of our Lord, one
thousand eight hundred and sixty-eight, at two o'clock in the afternoon.

Dissolution of Partnership
Notice is hereby given, that the partnership between the undersigned Thomas
Fotheringham and Robert Fotheringham, in the business of brewers and wine and
spirit merchants at Gawler and Kapunda, under the firm of "Fotheringham
Brothers", has this day been dissolved by mutual consent; and in future the
business of the Gawler Brewery will carried on by the said Thomas Fotheringham
alone, and that of the Kapunda Brewery by the said Robert Fotheringham alone.
All debts owing from and to the said partnership will be paid and received by Mr
David Fortheringham of Gawler, wine and spirit merchant.
Dated the fifth day of June, 1868.
