'Friedrich Wurfel Family History 1880-1982' was first published in the 1980’s by the Wurfel Family History Committee. Full of photographs, copies of letters, family trees, biographies and interesting stories, this book is a well presented history giving insight into the progress of a German family living throughout the eras in South Australian society.
After having been out of print for many years, the Wurfel Family History has now re-issued as a facsimilie of the original, but on CD-ROM. This book is of particular interest to descendants of the Wurfel family as well as those interested in South Australian history.
Originally produced by Archive CD Books Australia in 2006, this title has now been remastered and re-released, and includes better searching capability. This CD contains high quality scanned images of the whole of the original book, and has been bookmarked for easy navigation. Pages can be searched, browsed, enlarged and printed out if required.
