Originally published in Dublin and London in 1913, the 194 page "Reminiscences of Sir Charles A. Cameron, C.B.," is here republished on fully searchable CD-ROM. Best known as Chief Medical Officer for Dublin for over fifty-years, it was Cameron's onerous task to improve the conditions of the working classes in Dublin. The results of his work were manifest and he was rightly publicly feted for his work. However, Cameron was a man of his time and apart from, being a theatre and food critic - two of his great loves - he was also the acquaintance of royalty, artists, actresses and aristocrats.
