This double-sided paper is one in Reminsce's Family Tree range, and features easy fill-in boxes for three generations on the front, and generations 4 and 5 on the back**. 

Each box gives ample rooms to write the name, with room for birth and place, death and place underneath.

Note: this is a beautiful paper, but sadly it is missing one set of great grandparents (only 3 on the page, there should be 4), and great great grandparents (only 6 shown, there should be 8). So if you are interested in this paper, I suggest buying an extra sheet, so then you can cut them out and use as needed.
