I just received this book today. I am a bit disappointed. By the time I got to the end of this book, I was wondering if some parts were a bit out of date. E.g., Now, in 2017, I don't think it is relevant to give three pages of text to the use and maintenance of video-cassettes (VHS tapes). "Video taping is gaining a lot of momentum, so more and more information is being stored on videotapes" And the author discusses CDs as if they are the latest and greatest in document storage.
The first edition of this book came out in 1996 and was revised in 2002. By 2017, it probably needs a very big revision to bring it up to date with relevant technologies. I thought you charged far too much for this book.
