This index is created from microfiche of cards where the details were copied from a chronological list at West Terrace Cemetery. The difficulty in reading this list led to errors in the cards which were hand written, or had been stamped over. Attempts have been made to correct names which were wrongly spelt using the West Terrace list, death indexes and in some cases death certificates. Information given is name, age, cremation date, residence (often more than a suburb), remains received by (ie. returned to undertaken or scattered).
