The front, printed in black and white comes with 'Life Story' which includes a number of questions for you to answer, then there is the 'A-Z of Me', with a line for each.
The back with 'Limited Edition' allows you to write more information about yourself (name, nicknames, dob, education, profession, parents, grandparents etc), and 'Childhood Memories' which is left for you to fill in your memoirs.
