The full title of this publication is "Register of the Freemen of the City of London In the reigns of Henry VIII and Edward VI",. It was been translated and edited by Charles Welch, F.S.A., and published in 1908.
This volume represents all the known records from the Register of Freemen of the City of London that survived a fire in 1786. The entries give very interesting biographical details of each freeman.
