Compiled by Eillen Johnson, and first published in book form in 2001, this publication records the deaths of over 5600 Queensland service members during World War II.
The deaths occur during the 1939 to 1947 period, and for each person there is information such as:

- Cause of Death
- Place of Death
- Given Names
