ECCLESIASTICAL JURISDICTION.
In the will of Thomas Harris, late of Never Never, near Nulla Mountain, in the County of Philip and Colony of New South Wales, farmer and grazier, deceased. NOTICE is hereby given, that after the expiration of fourteen days from the publication of this notice in the Government Gazette, application will be made to the Supreme Court of New South Walks, in its Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction, that probate of the last will and testament of the said Thomas Harris, deceased, may be granted to Abel Harris, of Calcoola, and William Harris, of Wee Waa, the executors appointed in and by the said will. – Dated this eighth day of February, 1879.
