During the past 25 years many microform and computer records have been added to the Queensland Family History Society resources to aid the family historian in their search for records relating to their ancestors. This book, a 3rd edition of those published in 1990 and 2000, is a guide to the microform and computer based records held in the QFHS Library and Resource Centre.

Although details of all recently acquired publications are published regularly in the 'Queensland Family Historian', a consolidated listing of these resources has proved useful. The aim of this publication is to firstly make members of the Society more aware of the extensive resources available for their research, and also to enable researchers to plan and hence utilise more effectively the time spent researching at the library.

Records have been grouped together within categories within geographical divisions ... usually countries subdivided into counties or states as appropriate. The categories have been selected to assist easy location of the records.
