This contains over 80,000 references to birth notices, marriage announcements and anniversaries in the Victoria newspaper 'The Argus'. Although most entries refer to births and marriages in Victoria there are several references to events interstate and overseas and to anniversaries of marriage outside this daterange. Some, but not all, of this information has been previously published on fiche. Checking The Argus Newspaper has never been so easy - it's all done for you.
And using the Digger software, you are given an immense flexibility in searching the CD database. It is quick, easy and allow very detailed search criteria to be used. Some of the features of Digger software that you will especially appreciate are:
